Conductor resistance testing

A four-terminal resistance clamp and DC low-resistance tester measure the DC resistance of copper, aluminium and other cable conductors. Results are corrected to the 20°C reference condition to verify conductor cross-section and material quality.

• Calculates conductor resistivity to assess material conductivity and power-transmission efficiency.
• Checks resistance balance between cores in cable samples, including cable drums and standard cut samples.
• Provides micro-ohm-level measurement with resolution down to 0.1 μΩ for power, control and communication cables.
